International designers including Phillipe Starck and Nuno de Sousa collaborated in the conception of the Monte D'Oiro, an intimate, boutique hotel set in private gardens around interlinking swimming pools, less than three kilometers from the beach. Carefully chosen furniture, crisp colors and soft lighting feature in the 17 air conditioned guestrooms, all with balconies or terraces overlooking the pool and the garden. Each room has a private bathroom complete with designer toiletries, a minibar, satellite television and complimentary Internet access.
Guests can relax on loungers and under parasols on the terrace that surrounds the two swimming pools, soak in the outdoor hot tub or unwind in the sauna. Buffet breakfasts are served in the intimate breakfast room or out on the sun terrace; the stylish, minimally decorated bar offers drinks, cocktails and snacks. Guests can also enjoy snacks and refreshments in the comfort of their rooms around the clock thanks to 24 hour room service and the hotel offers high speed Internet access in the lobby. Free onsite parking is available for guests with cars. Lagos town center, with its plentiful shops, bars and restaurants is three kilometers from the hotel. At the beach visitors will find facilities for a range of water sports including scuba diving and water skiing. The nearest airport is Faro, which is 70 kilometers and about a 45 minute journey from the hotel's vicinity. Trains run between Faro airport and Lagos railway station, which is approximately 3 kilometers from the hotel. Guests will find taxis at the station.

From the airport take the A22 towards Lagos. Take the Lagos Leste exit. At the first roundabout take a left to Lagos. At the second roundabout follow the signs to Lagos center. After 50 meters turn left towards Aljezur/Lisbon. After 800 meters take the first left to Falfeira. The hotel is 150 meters along on the right.
