Location. Fattoria Pratale is located in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, Italy, two kilometres from the Abbey of Badia a Passignano. The village of Sambuca is three kilometres away, and the nearest train station is Santa Maria Novella in Florence, 20 kilometres away.
Hotel Features. The Pratale Estate features two old manors surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, with vineyards, wild shrubs, pines, and cypress trees. Guests will find a bowling lane, an outdoor swimming pool (open seasonally), and a separate pool for children. Bicycles are available for hire on site, for exploring the Tuscan countryside.
Breakfast is served at the hotel for a surcharge.
Apartments. The 22 apartments at Fattoria Pratale are furnished in a typical rustic Tuscan style and have separate entrances. Tables and chairs are available on each of the apartments' individual terrace areas, offering views of the vineyards surrounding the estate. All apartments feature kitchenettes with refrigerators, as well as safes and separate sitting areas.
Expert Tip. The Abbey of Badia a Passignano is located two kilometres from the hotel. The church maintains much of its Romanic fa�ade, and a solid bell tower dating from 1200. The Abbey also offers a museum, and Badia Lake is available on the Abbey's grounds for swimming.

From Florence Vespucci Airport (FLR):
Distance to Fattoria Pratale is 25 kilometres, approximately 40 minutes' drive.
Getting there. An airport bus departs for Florence's Santa Maria Novella Station every 30 minutes. Single tickets cost 6 EUR. From here, the SITA bus departs for Tavarnelle. Prices are all subject to change. Taxis depart from the front of the airport and cost about 50 EUR directly to Fattoria Pratale. Prices at Firenze Certosa.

Getting around. The village of Tavarnelle Val di Pesa is compact and easy to explore on foot. Bicycles and scooters are popular for exploring more of the region. The village is connected to the rest of Italy by a bus station.
Driving directions. From Florence Vespucci Airport.
Take the A1 motorway in the direction of Rome and exit Continue along the Firenze Siena highway and exit at Tavarnelle.
At the stop turn right and take the second street on the right, following directions for Badia a Passignano.
After one kilometre signs for Fattoria Pratale are visible.
