Location. The Galletti Abbiosi hotel is located in the centre of historical Ravenna, Italy, 200 metres from the main railway station and 700 metres from the cathedral.
Hotel Features. Originally an 18th century palace, the Galletti Abbiosi opens out onto an internal courtyard garden and, although fully modernised, retains period features, including decorative ceilings and a chapel. There is a reading room and a fitness area. Complimentary parking is provided, as are complimentary newspapers and room service (limited hours).
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily in the Galletti Abbiosi's breakfast room. The hotel also provides quick snacks and aperitifs all day. The elegant hotel bar serves cocktails and drinks.
The hotel offers business services and light meeting rooms which provide audio visual equipment. There is a high speed Internet point.

Guestrooms. There are 34 light guestrooms built over two floors. Some rooms retain period features, but decor is contemporary with white walls and minimalist furniture. Expert Tip. When strolling around Ravenna it is not easy to miss the fantastic shopping. The Old Town is mainly pedestrianised with shops, caf�s and bars on every corner and more hidden up tiny alleyways. It is worth noting that the prices increase, the closer you get to the cathedral. Almost all shops close from 12:30 p.m. to around 4 p.m. for the siesta.

From Bologna Airport (BLQ):
Distance to the Galletti Abbiosi is 85 kilometres, approximately 90 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Bologna Airport is located six kilometres from the central train station. Every 15 minutes, the ATC Aerobus runs to the train station and the city centre. The journey takes 20 minutes and costs 4.50 EUR for a single ticket. Trains runs from Bologna train station to Ravenna station, which is 200 metres from the hotel. Taxis can be found in front of arrivals and cost about 18 EUR to Bologna centre. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Ravenna's Old Town is mainly a pedestrian area and is easy to walk around. Buses and taxis serve the city and trains runs from Ravenna train station to Bologna and Rimini as well as other destinations in Emelia Romagna.
