Location. Villa Daphne is located 800 metres from the centre of Giardini Naxos, in Sicily, Italy. The hotel is 100 metres from the beach at Porto Recanati and five kilometres from Taormina. The bus stop for Taormina is 50 metres away.
Hotel Features. Villa Daphne opened in 2006 with environmental certification, and has a panoramic terrace and outdoor pool, set within a garden. Its tiled floors and white walls are typically Sicilian. There is 24 hour reception, and laundry and babysitting services can be provided.

Expert Tip. The archaeological zone at Giardini Naxos displays remains from the oldest of the ancient Greek colonies in Sicily. The amphitheatre at Taormina is the second largest in Sicily, built in Roman brick to a Greek design.

Distance to Villa Daphne is 60 kilometres, approximately 45 minutes' drive.
Getting there. The hotel recommends a taxi, but there is also a bus which brings you within 50 metres of the hotel.
Getting around. The bus, 50 metres from the hotel, takes you into Taormina. Taormina Giardini train station is four kilometres away. Turn left at Viale Dionisio.

Take the A 18 Catania Messina road.
Take the Giardini Naxos exit, one kilometre from the hotel.
Keep left at the fork, and follow signs for the SS114.
Keep right at the next fork to merge onto the SS185.
Turn left at Via Consolare Valeria.
