Situated on the prestigious Riviera del Brenta, the Villa Alberti is an 18th century Venetian villa set in mature parklands, ten kilometres from beautiful Venice. Spread over two floors, guestrooms are decorated with warm dusk colours, antique and modern furnishings, with views of the garden. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite television, direct dial phones and minibars.
Guests can start the day with buffet breakfast and later on dine on traditional Italian dishes and regional specialities in the restaurant (for guests only). In the Venetian style garden, a path lined with hedges and statues leads to an orchard and a sun terrace, where guests can relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The 8000 square metres of parkland can be used for banquets and functions, and there are also two dining rooms available, furnished in a traditional style. Parking is complimentary. Nearby Venice boasts some of Europe's most extraordinary Renaissance architecture, visible in buildings such as the Doges Palace, and visitors can explore the winding streets and the maze of canals, passing famous romantic spots such as the Bridge of Sighs. Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE) is 30 minutes by car, 20 kilometres (13 miles) from the hotel.

Taxis are available outside the terminal. Alternatively, the hotel can organise transport. The easiest way to get around the Riviera del Brenta area is by car. River barges provide a more leisurely means of exploring the picturesque waterways.
Driving directions: From the airport follow the A4 for Dolo Mirano, exit Dolo, then head for Venice for two kilometres, turn right at the bridge and then left. The hotel is on the right after one kilometre.
