The Marina Riviera Hotel is a converted villa situated on Amlafi's promenade and beach overlooking the striking coastline, 100 metres from the centre This four floor hotel features 32 air conditioned, stylish Mediterranean guestrooms decorated in cool white with tiled floors and traditional dark wood furnishings. Archways separate the sitting area and beds are set into alcoves; some rooms have open plan layouts with bathtubs adjacent to the sitting area. Amenities include satellite TV, direct dial phones, hairdryers, safes and minibars. Most rooms have balconies or large windows opening to sea views.
Guests can start the day with a buffet breakfast in the rustic style restaurant or dine privately taking advantage of the hotel's room service. Jettisoned over the sea and beach below guests can enjoy relaxing on the pretty terrace set on the cliffs; whilst sipping a cool drink guests can take in the great views of the sea, mountains and town below. With its fancy, white wrought iron canopy and furnishings and ivy climbing the white walls and pillars the terrace is a typical Mediterranean retreat from which to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Amalfi coastline. Guests can benefit from amenities which include a 24 hour front desk, round the clock room service, safe deposit boxes and laundry facilities. Guests can reach the beach and promenade outside the front door of the hotel and enjoy sea swimming, fishing and sailing. Naples Airport is 37 kilometres away.

Buses run from the airport to Naples train station and the port (Piazza Municipio) and also to Sorrento. The bus to Amalfi departs from Piazza Muncipio. Taxis are also available from the airport. From the port, hydrofoils and ferries connect to the island of Capri. Salerno is the nearest train station, 25 kilometres away and a bus connects to Amalfi from SS Martiri Salernitani. Amalfi is best explored on foot. Buses serve the local area or a hire car would be useful for trips along the coast and exploring inland.
Driving directions: From Rome or Naples, follow directions for the A3 motorway and Salerno. On the A3 take junction Vietri sul Mare, follow signs for Amalfi and follow the famous Amalfi coast route. At approximately 100 metres before the city centre the Hotel Marina Riviera is on the right right hand side. Approximate journey time from Rome is 210 minutes, from Naples 90 minutes.
